College Requirements

Admission to the College

New Enrollees


A high school graduate seeking admission to the College must comply with the following:

  • Must present his/her Form 138-A (High School Report card), not cancelled and marked eligible for college
  • Must have graduated from a school duly recognized by the Philippine Government
  • Must submit a Narcom and/or Police and/or NBI Clearances in selected cases as may be determined by the Registrar or Dean
  • Certification of good moral character from the Principal/Head of the last attended
  • Students under PVAO & USVA educational benefits will only be admitted upon presenting complete credentials
  • Annual medical examination following the prescribed Department of Health (DOH) medical requirements such as: Urine, Stool, CBC, X-ray, Psychological Test, Eyesight (Ishirhara for BSMT and Lantern or any other color perception test for BSMarE) and hearing examination issued by OLLH.

 

Prospective students must also submit the following requirements:

  • Birth certificate authenticated by the National Statistics Office
  • 2 x 2 photo (4 copies)
  • 1 pc expanded folder (long)
  • 2 pcs paper fastener
  • 2 pcs brown envelop (long)
  • 6 pcs of postage stamps with 3 white letter envelopes
  • Marriage contract if married

 

Transfer Students

 

These are students who wish to enroll in OLLCF after having taken courses from another school. Former students of the College returning to OLLCF after having enrolled in other institution are also considered as transfer students.

 

Transfer students must present the following:

  • A transfer credential signed by the School registrar.
  • Narcom and/or Police and/or NBI clearances in selected cases as may be determined by the Registrar or Dean.
  • Certification of good moral character signed by the Head of the School/Principal or Administrator of the school last attended.
  • Transcript of records or official copy of grades for evaluation purposes

 

Transfer students must also submit the following requirements:

  • Birth certificate authenticated by the National Statistics Office

  • 2 pcs brown envelop (long)

Transfer Students within the OLLCF

A student who desires to change his/her course, shall consult the Dean of the College attended and such change must be approved by the Registrar and others concerned.

Special Students

Special students are those who are not entitled to receive official credit for work accomplished because they do not satisfy the requirements for admission. They may be admitted subject to all other requirements, approved or authorized courses at any time provided that they sign a contract or an agreement in which they waive the right to receive and to demand credit for work done (Manual of Regulations for Private Schools, 8th Edition, Section 65, page 20).
